There is a fantastic open floor plan consisting of living room, dining and kitchen, all on the main floor. There is a master bedroom on the main floor; the other two bedrooms are on the second floor. In addition to the 3 bedrooms in the main house, there is a cozy pool house, complete with a sofa sleeper, full kitchen and bath. Sorry, no A.C. in the pool house. Enjoy the beautiful in ground pool, hot tub, and tons of outdoor space. Located on 13 acres in Union Pier, and only about two miles to the beach. *This home is technically in Three Oaks Township, on the edge of Union Pier.
