Wonderful home for an artists retreat or family vacation, this home boasts modern flair with decks, 2 fireplaces, and very comfortable amenities including a large, lovely fenced yard perfect for the kids; private for adults. Downstairs has a spacious remodeled kitchen fully appointed with espresso maker, microwave, dishwasher. The living room also has a fireplace and the adjoining dining room has sliders to the deck which overlook a beautifully landscaped yard. There is a 1/2 bath in the common area hallway, plus a very spacious den with large screen TV, plenty of seating (one of the sofa's is a queen sleeper), 2 twins (1 of which is a pullout trundle), 2nd fireplace and sliders to another grassy side yard play area. Off the den is a bedroom with one twin bed and another full bathroom is accessible off the den area. Wind up the staircase to find the master bedroom with sliders to the dramatic upper level deck, and another beautifully decorated full bathroom. In addition to the master bedroom, the other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed which can overlook the downstairs in a loft feeling style, or has sliders to close for privacy. This welcoming home invites you to enjoy the privacy and inspiration of the beach coastal community just 5 minutes north of Gearhart.
