While the home is not ADA Compliant, the main level is wheelchair accessible, including the kitchen, dining area, deck and master suite. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a private balcony, a bath and a quaint sitting area. Downstairs you'll find a large family room with two sleeper sofas, the 4th bedroom, hall bath, another family room with a high quality futon sofa sleeper, hot tub changing room, and a rec room, including a gas fireplace and pool table.
