Large Lincoln Beach home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, with fabulous ocean views! 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths is ready for your group of 12. This recently renovated home is just 10 minutes South of Lincoln City. Wonderful ocean views from so many areas of the home and the many outdoor spaces. Outdoors you'll enjoy the expansive decking, a Zen Garden with waterfall, enclosed courtyard perfect for morning tea or coffee, and a hot tub. Perfect for families with children of all ages, as the yard has a playground, swings and is child safe with deck railing and fully enclosed yard. This dog friendly home even has a dog run! The home has a very large family room with big TV, DVD and Surround Sound. The home has Expanded Cable for additional entertainment. TV’s are located in the family room and the master suite. Complimentary Wi-Fi will make it easier to extend your vacation while keeping in touch with work or family. A futon in the family room folds flat for sleeping. On the main floor you'll find the large country kitchen, dining table, living room with gas fireplace and the master suite, which boasts a walk in shower and a large soaking tub. Upstairs are three more bedrooms. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin rollaway in the closet, if it is needed. Second guest room has a king bed. Children's room has a bunk and a twin. This home is very child friendly with a pac-n-play baby bed and a high chair. The very large kitchen is graced with granite counter tops and all that a large family or group will need to cook up gourmet meals! Guests are allowed to use a landscaped walkway through the neighboring property, which provides the nearest beach access less than a block away. You will find miles of sandy beaches to explore for hours. While this home is dog friendly, you are asked to keep your dog on the main living level of the home, where he or she will be most happy away from the steep stairs and white carpet. Additional $50 pet cleaning fee applies should you wish to bring your well-behaved dog to the home.
