Property Information

Relax at our private cabin a quarter mile from the lake on the east side of Lake George. On a half acre, this adorable three bedroom (with two queen and one full size bed) cabin features a combination living-dining-kitchen area, and a large screened porch. Family meals may also be served on the large table on the porch. Screened doors on the porch open to the deck where you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee and afternoon sun. Comforts of home include microwave, coffee maker, blender, combination washer/dryer, wood-stove, outdoor gas grill, telephone with answering machine, CD player, and 2 satellite TVs with DVD and VCR. Within just a two minute drive are a private beach, a 9 hole par 3 golf course, a life-guarded park beach, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, large picnic area and marina with launching ramp. If fishing the lower end of Lake Champlain is of interest, or you'd like to try a cruise down the NY canal through the lock system, boat launches to these locations are just 20 minutes away. This is a great place for a family vacation! We rent on a weekly basis only from Saturday to Saturday. Our cabin is only available for rent during the summer.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$1000-1200/Week
Guests are charged a refundable security deposit of $500. Rates include cleaning fees. A lease must be signed and lessee(s) must be at least 25 years of age.

July and August $1200/week. June and September after Labor Day $1000/week.
