Welcome to our magnificent, Executive Home on the water.

From the moment you sweep into the circular drive you realize this spectacular home is a place where dreams become reality and unforgettable memories are about to be made.

We pride ourselves that we have simply the most excellent river location on Marco Island with sunrises and sunsets that are beyond description.

There is deep water access on the Marco River with a large dock for the fishing enthusiast. The dock has a Snook light on for over 10 years!

Our home has a kitchen that will be a joy for the gourmet in the family. Everything for you to enjoy home cooking at its best with all conveniences at your finger tips. Not in the mood for cooking? Top-class restaurants nearby will give you a true Floridian welcome with food to suit the most selective palate.

When your evening is winding down, you could entertain yourself sipping cocktails beside the luxuriously oversized pool and jacuzzi, lazily watching the boats on the river gliding by….

Next morning, how about starting your day with a lazy breakfast on the upstairs balcony with its majestic panoramic views over the Marco River, as the sun slowly rises?

Checks, Credit Card, Paypal or money orders are accepted for payment.  If you need to wire funds into our accounts please call for instructions and applicable charges.



SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your security deposit is not part of the rent.  Long distance telephone calls must be charged to your calling card, local calls are toll free.  Charges will be made on the security deposit for long distance telephone charges, damages to the premises, electric charges exceeding the limit, excessive cleaning or laundry, late departures will be charged one nights rental.  



Tenants agree to comply with all house rules and regulations.  If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the expenses, tenant agrees to pay the difference to the owner.  The security deposit will be refunded approximately 15 days after your departure. Pets are not permitted and constitute a serious violation.



A signed rental contract including a valid credit card will be required prior to arrival. Any damage, missing items or telephone charges would be billed to this credit card.



In the event of telephone tolls, damage, loss, soiling/staining, or incidental charges in the excess of any cash security deposit, the following Visa or Mastercard will be charged and a copy of the charges sent to the Tenant. Tenant's signature below executes this charge authorization. Tenant warrants that the signature below is the same as the back of the credit card.



ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: The home is ready for check-in any time after 3:00 PM. check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. It is important that you be packed and ready to depart from the cottage by this time, as cleaning is required prior to any check-ins that might be due to arrive that afternoon.



CLEANING: A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for each reservation. This is a private home and you are responsible for leaving it clean and tidy, in the condition you find it upon arrival. When you depart, please check that you have left the house tidy, rubbish has been disposed of, dishes done and lights turned off. Any excess cleaning charges at check-out will be billed to you.



PETS: A maximum of one pet is allowed on our properties and, a non-refundable “pet deposit” of $50 is due. You MAY NOT leave your pet(s) alone in any property. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture, including the bed, unless you provide your own cover for the furniture. You must clean up after your pet while on the property – even if in a natural area.



CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations received after 30 days will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit unless house is rebooked.  There will be a $100 cancellation fee.



INVENTORY:   Accommodations are fully furnished and are equipped with towels, linens, cooking and eating utensils.  A starter supply of products will be provided for you. You are responsible to replenish as needed during your stay.



REPAIRS:   Notify the owner immediately if you discover any item that needs attention.  Appliances, air conditioners, TVs, etc occasionally malfunction.  While we cannot guarantee them to perform 100% of the time, we will correct the problem as soon as possible during normal business hours.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. RIGHT OF ACCESS: Agent, owner and/or their assigns reserve and retain right of access to the rental premise during your occupancy for the purpose of repair, inspection, and showing.  For showings, we will provide you 24-hour advance notice and will always endeavor to make an appointment suitable to everyone.



HOLD HARMLESS INDEMNITY: Agent and/or owner of rental unit shall not be liable for any damage and/or injury to you or your personal property.  You agree to indemnify the owner for any damages to the home grounds, furnishings, equipment, and household items therein, excluding normal wear and tear, which occur during guest occupancy.  You further agree to hold the agent and owner harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury, regardless of causation.

"I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the beautiful time I had in your Marco Island Riverfront Home. From the second I walked into the front door, I was amazed at the thoughtfulness that went into every part of the construction. The sitting areas and formal dining room were gorgeous, yet practical for entertaining during my vacation. The kitchen was functional and huge with a large casual dining area that fully opened to the pool, Jacuzzi and riverfront. I loved drinking my coffee in the morning with all of the doors and windows opened.

Later that day I was met at the dock outside by a fishing guide and was taken into the backwaters to fish. I have seen few fishing trips to compare. I caught mangrove snapper, jack, and snook. That was only surpassed by the fishing right off of the dock of the home. The snook were plentiful at night under the lights and the sheephead were exciting to catch and cook on the grill. Their flavor is awesome, almost like lobste r. On my next trip, I think I might also try offshore fishing in the gulf, which is very convenient from this property.

I relaxed in the Jacuzzi and heated pool. What pampering!!!! The lights in the pool are amazing at night and so romantic. Floating in the pool I watched a full moon rise over the river and was mesmerized. Bedtime found me upstairs in the most wonderful master suite. The same full moon shined into the balcony French doors and gave a soft glow to the room. The fireplace was wonderfully warming after the swim and the bathroom was beautifully equipped with an extra large shower and Jacuzzi tub. The perfect ending to a marvelous day was to lay in the king sized bed with the cool linens on my skin and look at the moon until sleep finally claimed me.

The rising sun awakened me every morning. I must say the sunrise here is probably one of the prettiest and most colorful I have ever seen. It was breathtaking. My day of shopping in the quaint shops of Marco Is land and Naples was enjoyable. The restaurants were diverse and would appease any appetite. I honestly can not possibly imagine a better home to vacation in.

I have been to Florida plenty of times before and stayed in a lot of different vacation homes but nothing

so nice as Toms house. I already been back twice and are about to book my next trip now. This time Im going to stay 1 week in his marco house and 1 week at his beachhouse in Melbourne. Im really looking forward to that.

Whenever in the future I will visit south Florida I would like to rent Toms Marco house. Theres nothing better. I been putting a lot of researchs behind my searchings for rentalhouses.

Some would say a little too much but I like it perfect on my holidays. For me the pool is very importent. It has to be big, have sun and a area for the kids and be warm. Toms pool have all that. The house is very cozy too. Not like a rentalhouse. It really feels like someone lives there and look after the house. Whoever visit Toms house will not be disapointed. I give it 5 *****
