Property Information
You'll find the house surrounded by mountains nestled on the north shore of Lake Chapala, Mexico's largest lake. This is in the heart of this cobble stone village of Ajijic, where almost everything is in walking distance. There are no stangers in Ajijic and visitors quickly adopt to the easy going attitude of our Mexican neighbors. The house has a great Gourmet Kitchen, three fountains, sattelite dish, two TV's and a laundry room with a water purification system.
Every Wednesday there is an open air market one block from the house. Several restaurants's are within two or three blocks. 24 hour security. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped Ajijic Vacation Home.

$200/night/$1400/week
Holiday Dec.1-January 10
$250/night/$1750/week
Low Season April 26-Sept.30
$175/night/$1225/week
$100.00 cleaning fee per week with maid service five days a week and
a $500.00 refundable deposit. The house is only by the week. If more that six people/$20/week for cleaning
for each person.
Vacation Rental Policies
| Required Stay: One week |
| Deposits: 50% of the total due to confirm reservation. Any reservations made less than two months prior to arrival date must be paid in full. |
| Cancellation Policy: Deposits for weekly reservations are refunded in full when the cancel reservations more than 2 months prior to the first day of your occupancy. |
| Other Fees: $100/ week for cleaning |

If you like hiking, riding horses, riding bikes, swimming or just relaxing Ajijic is for you. I have had wonderful dinning
experiences and found that the open air market one block from the house is terrific. |
