Property Information
Inground Heated Pool with lots of deck space for sunning on those days off the lake.
Tennis Court, Basketball, Volleyball, Shuffle Board, Play Ground and Horseshoes are some of the fun & games available at the resort.
We also have a Covered Picnic Shelter that can house parties, reunions, and other get togethers on the Resort Grounds.
The resort has a playground perfect for small children.
Our game room provides an ideal setting for a game of fooseball, air hockey, pinball and video games.
The resort is located on a private street, safe for youngsters to ride bikes, roller blade or skateboard.

No telephones in units - pay phone available.
25% Discount September 15th - April 30th only with 2 night minimum reservation.
Charges DO NOT include state tax or tourist tax
$5.00 per day each additional person over base rate.
No Charge for children under 10
No refunds - unless 3 week notice is given prior to Arrival date. (No exceptions)
Reservations will automatically be cancelled after 7 days without receiving deposit.
Three nights minimum on holiday weekends.

Departures checking out past check-out time are subject to a 1/2 day rental charge.

All dishes must be washed prior to check-out.
Pet charge is an additional $10.00 per night. One pet per unit please.

No RV's, campers, or tents are allowed.
No overnight sleeping on boat at Villager Resort dock.
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.
