This home is located less than 15 minutes from the local Sky Harbor Airport and is in a convenient location for access to all of the local attractions.

| Deposits: To confirm a reservation, guests are required to submit a reservation registration, a signed contract and 50% of the total rental cost, including a $500 security deposit and additional $1,000 if bringing a pet. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refunded to the guest upon satisfactory check-out. Please contact us for all necessary paperwork. | Cancellation Policy: Vacation Property Refunds:
Guest is to provide a 3-week notice for full refund of deposit. A reservation canceled inside 3 weeks prior to arrival will receive no refund. However, 75% of the initial deposit will be applied to a future reservation at our property. |
| Other Fees: Weekly rentals preferred, but can accomodate up to 2 months (call/email for availability). No Smoking Indoors. Pets allowed with an additional $1,000 security deposit. Children allowed and welcome. |
