Property Information
Located in beautiful Playacar, this 1500 sq. ft. ground level town home is owned and operated by Maya Riviera Vacations owner, Peter MacGregor and business partner, Cam Lorincz. If you are a golfer, you have come to the right place, we are located on the 10th hole of Playacar Golf Club, prices for 18 holes with cart and all-inclusive food and beverages is around $120 US. Our Home will sleep 9 persons, 1 family in 1st bedroom with 2 twins, and a futon bed sleeping 2, the master with a king bed, and the living room now has a new couch bed and a trundle bed under as well, sleeping another 3 persons, new stove, new hot water tank, as well as new drapes, freshly painted and ready for the season.
our pricing is for 4 persons, all additional person will be $30 per day each
We are located directly across from the Reef Club Resort, with our VIP card you will have FREE access to this resort and it's beach facilities, if you would like an all-inclusive food and beverage day, you will need to purchase a $40 wristband, the best of both worlds, eat at home but spoil yourself for with an all-inclusive day sometime during your stay. we are 10 minutes from 5th ave and the ferry dock to Cozumel, any tours that you require, there are business cards for our tour services in the suite, or go to www.mayanhighlights.com

an additional $250 deposit is required for the VIP card for the Reef Club Resort, if the VIP card is lost, you will forfeit the entire $500
Deposits will be returned within 10 days of your arrival home, after an inspection of the condo by our staff, anything that is broken will be charged to you for full replacement or the cost to fix it.

Vacation Rental Policies
| Payment Options: A 50% deposit and signed rental agreement (to be e-mailed to renter upon reservation) is required 10 days from booking to secure the rental.
We will except personal cheques but 50% must be sent within 10 days of booking or your booking will be canceled |
| Check In: Check in time is 2PM. If we do not have another guest checking out the same day you may check in early. If arriving to the condo before 2PM., please notify the reservations representative, so that they can inform the staff of early check-in. |
| Check Out: Official check -out time is 11AM. As with Check-in, if we do not have another guest checking in the same day you may check out any time, if you are not leaving at 11AM. please let the staff know. |

| Cancellation Policy: The rental deposit , less a $250 processing fee is refundable until 90 days prior to the arrival date. (NO exceptions)
Cancellations between 60 and 90 of arrival are subject to a 50% surcharge of the rental,
Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival are subject to a 100% surcharge of the rental.
Xmas and Spring Break are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation |
| Other Fees: Pricing is for 4 persons, all additional person will be $30 per day each, only those that have rented the suite are to be in this unit. |
| Other Policies: Guests are responsible for the property, it's contents, and themselves during occupancy. Guests must lock doors and windows when not on the premises, and must observe all precautions, as given in the "Guest book" or from the property owner or staff. Each property is privately owned, so decor, colors and inventories may change. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the Villa is prohibited. It is further understood that exceeding the maximum occupancy will forfeit the security deposit.
After check out the property will be cleaned and a thorough inventory taken before the next guests arrive. Provided there is no more than reasonable clean up and nothing missing or damaged, then your deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your arrival home. It is understood that damages or lost items will be deducted at replacement cost, which may include but not limited to labor expense, shipping and importation costs. Locked pantries and closets are reserved for the use of the property owners and not include in the rental. You as a guest agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the regulations affecting the villa.

Our home is in Playacar across from the Reef Club Resort, this resort is there for our
vacationing guests to use with a VIP card provided in the suite, this card has a $250 deposit,
if this card is lost you will lose the deposit as well as your security deposit, at this resort you
may play tennis, use all the facilities , pools, chairs etc, food and drinks are extra. $40 per
person per day, all you can eat and drink.
We have 2 bikes in the suite, we are on the 10th hole of the Playacar Golf Course.
There is a bird avery 2 block from the condo, there is shopping in Playacar, wine, beer, small
stores for everyday things, as well as video tore

Hola everyone, We've just returned from a fabulous stay in this great condo in Playacar. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen and laundry room - it's like being in your own home but with much better weather. Whether it was having breakfast on the patio looking onto the golf course, or reading by the pool, or jumping over the waves at the beach across the street at the Reef resort, or going into Playa del Carmen to our favorite restaurants, my husband and I had a wonderful time while staying here. Everyone was very friendly including other vacationers as well as the helpful staff at Chac Ha. We highly recommend Condo Kelowna.

We have a family of 5, including our three teenage kids. We had a great stay in Playa del Carmen. The
condo was very nice, it stayed cool during the day and the breeze was wonderful off the ocean. Sitting
on the back patio with a glass of wine in the evening looking over the golf-course, almost
heaven. We loved getting up late and heading to the pool with a cup of coffee in the morning. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and
security made you always feel very safe. The condo is located very centrally and it was very easy to get
around, by foot or by taxi. We found the beach at
the hotel was wonderful for the kids, they played beach volleyball and water polo. Everyone was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We would definitely go back again, we've been home for a month and I am still smiling. Thanks to the McGregor's and the Lorenz's for a wonderfulvacation rental.

Exceptional place to stay!!
Location in Playacar is perfect.. quiet place to relax / golf yet a short pleasant walk to the hustle and bustle of Fifth Ave. Clean and well maintained suite.
And if all-inclusive is your scene, it's accross the road at the Reef Club.
Best of both worlds in one stay; all-inclusive resort when you want it with the option to enjoy the great nightlife and exceptional restaurants of Playa Del Carmen on other days.
Can't wait to go back... and I just returned recently.
