Located on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, on the Nicoya Peninsula in the province of Guanacaste: Nosara is surrounded by lush tropical rain forest, mountains, waterfalls and rivers. Its beaches have been designated a wildlife refuge and are protected from development or deforestation by Costa Rican law.
Our Condo is only 100 yards from the beach you can not develop or build with in 90 meters of the high water line. Villa Las Plamas is a beautiful set of 24 condos located on a large,lushly landscaped property frounting gorgeous Playa Pelada Beach. Just walk out your door and you have a view of the Pacific. Wake up each morning to the sounds of monkeys. Very private pool secluded by tropical gardens.
Playa Pelada & Playa Guiones (only a 5 min. walk) are known world wide for the great surf. We have 3 surf schools, you can rent boards by the day.
The fishing in Costa Rica is second to none, we get sailfish, marlin, wahoo, & darado. I lived in Nosara for 4 years back in the 90's I know all the charter captains and can arrange a once in a life time fishing trip. I will also send you a map of the town and all of the restaurant. I can also help with getting from San Jose or Libera to Nosara.
