Snuggled between million dollar condominiums in beautiful North Miami Beach (Sunny Isles) is one of the few remaining affordable "old Florida" ocean-front hotels that has been converted into a secure, gated family vacation resort condominium. This condo, sits directly on the ocean with the most beautiful of views. It offers two swimming pools (one heated in the winter), 400 feet of the most beautiful beach imaginable, barbecue pits, and tropical thatched huts. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, TV/VCR/Stereo and sleeps 4 comfortably. Within walking distance are shopping, grocery stores and dining.
The location couldn’t be better. We are just 12 miles from world famous South Beach, or wonderful Fort Lauderdale. Prestigious Aventura is just over the bridge with Aventura Mall less than 2 miles away. A multitude of restaurants are available within easy reach, as are night clubs and world-class shopping.
DIRECT Oceanfront SEATING is what you will have from all corners of your studio. The view you see out our window is the actual OCEANFRONT that will greet you. Our guests claim that it's just as they imagined, and better.

Property Activities
To help you enjoy your stay in our Condo we provide the following information to help familiarize yourself with some of the fun things we like to do in the area. We have put together this Thing-To-Do map that will show you where the grocery store and our favorite eating establishments are relative to the condo. With the help of Yahoo we also provided a more complete list of restaurants close by. Aventura Mall is just 2 miles away and provides great shopping, a food court, and a 24 screen megaplex Movie theater.
If you want a change of pace the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is only 5 miles north on Collins Ave. The Broadwalk is a 2.5 miles walk along the beach with restaurants, small hotels and a band shell that has frequent concerts. Our Hollywood Beach map shows some of our favorite places. You can get a large pizza and pitcher of beer (or coke) for just $14 at one of the many Italian restaurants on the beach. If you want to experience the Everglades or nature in a canoe without traveling 20 miles west, West Lake Park is the place to do so.
There is a multitude of things to do in the area from golfing, fishing and sightseeing to offshore gambling and cultural events but most of all we like just sitting on the beach and enjoying the ocean. |
