Only one minute to the steps to Strand Beach or Salt Creek Beach, this beautiful upscale condo has two bedrooms. with priviate bath to the master bedroom. It also has one king, one queen with a pack and play for baby or an additional blow up mattress for teen if necessary. It has an additional family room with French doors and large down stuffed sofa with a new 54 inch flat screen TV. It also has an additional Sitting room with fireplace too (1250 sq ft total living space). It has two baths, two patios and outsdie dinner table for having breakfast or lunch plus a Gas BBQ. It has a front porch with ocean view. This is the perfect condo for resting and relaxing beside the pool and hot tub. It is located on the front of the complex and is very quiet location with two covered parking spaces. You will love the view and the salt air plus you may also hear the sounds of the seals in the morning barking on occasion on the beach.

Beautiful sandy beaches, pools, hot tub, four TV's, outdoors cafe's and beach furniture throughout the city for your observations and your enjoyment of the area. Great shopping, parks and great places to eat. Located close to Laguna Beach and Newport Beach communities. Very upscale with the mountains behind it and the ocean in front of it. Dana Point is located in Southern California/Orange County on is known as one of the most romantic areas on the coast.

Beth, It was absolutely amazing and the condo was incredible. It could not have worked out any better for us. Having the condo just down from the Ritz allowed for us to have our own personal time but also kept us close enough to all the action that we could easily join the group to meet up for activities and to go to the beach. We ended up going on a whale watching tour and eating breakfast and dinner down at the harbor and going down to the beach a lot. Also, everyone who lives there is so friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay. Thank you so much for all of your help and hospitatlity. California was good to us ... almost to good and we didn't want to leave.
