Boat docks are available for resident use and a very short walk lands
you directly on the beautiful white sand beaches of St. Pete Beach.
Some of Florida's best restaurants and the Southeast's premier
shopping are within minutes. Short drives take you to Walt Disney
World and Orlando Attractions as well as Florida's Space Coast,
Tampa's Busch Gardens, and the Bay Area's championship football,
hockey, arena football and (not-so-champion) baseball teams.
Hundreds of golf courses abound. Enjoy late-afternoon
shuffleboarding on perfectly-maintained courts followed by an evening
