This unit is simply perfection and we couldn’t have made it any simpler. Enjoy the splendors of home including linens, beach towels, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, pots & pans etc.
Great east views of the pool and large lake (especially beautiful at night). There is a 2 mile walking path around the complex which affords the best in Delray Beach living- including world class Tennis Center just outside the grounds!
There are 2 bedroom suites equipped with Queen size beds, private baths, large closets, built-in storage. The banana cream color chosen for one of the bedrooms brings in the sun that will make you feel happy. The other master bedroom is painted
soothing sage will give you a calming effect after you hard day of work or a great day at the beach.
The kitchen has all upgraded Whirlpool appliances including a refrigerator with water & ice on the door, a ceramic cook top range, built-in microwave, double sinks with disposal. The condo has a full sized washer and dryer in a room off the kitchen and foyer. This is outstandingly convenient!
Located close to A1A, all kinds of shopping, movies, schools & only 1 mile west of the the beach & five minutes from the Delray Atlantic Avenue scene. Also,we are about a mile from Boca, which also has plenty of restaurants and great nightlife!
