We're centrally located near several Southern California cities and guests are encouraged to take advantage of the many sites offered to them. Laguna Beach lies just up the road with it's fine art galleries and great eateries. San Diego and Hollywood are equal distances to the North and South and there are several amusement parks nearby. than you can count including Disneyland and Legoland. Come stay awhile!

Low season Sept 19 - April $1100-$1700

Peak season April - Sept 18 $1750-$2000

Holiday Season $1750-$2000 (All major holidays included).

Daily and Monthly rates are negotiable.

We take Visa/MasterCard (2.6% convenience fee is added).

$500 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-250 cleaning fee (depending on size of group).

Rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Additional charge for more than 5 people.

Additional charge for pets.

No Smoking.
