This fabulous Gearhart home is just steps from the beach access and 2 blocks to Golf. The reverse floor plan offers a spacious living/dining room upstairs with kitchen and breakfast island. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, Cable TV, DVD, Stereo/CD. The lovely deck off the living room is the perfect place to relax and hear the ocean, or catch an afternoon nap in the sun. The master bedroom has sliders to the deck, king size bed, master bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, plus there is an additional common area bathroom for upstairs use. Downstairs you will find another queen bedroom, full bathroom, bunk bedroom. One set has a twin on top, double on the bottom, the other being twins on both bunks. There is a "kid korner" downstairs with a TV/Nook area for watching their favorite videos and the sofa can also pullout into a twin bed. This lovely home is inviting, cozy and comfortable. To get to the beach walk to the corner (about 3 houses) where you will see the beach and just follow the path, about a 3 minute walk.
