The home has nearly 3,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths and can comfortably sleep 10 in private rooms. There is a private swimming pool and a Pontoon boat that accommodates 12 and can be rented to go boating in the intra-coastal waterway for beaching, crabbing, fishing, catching great sunsets or just for plain fun! North Padre Island is less commercialized, where you can find peace and serenity. If you want a quick get-a-way, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi are a 15 minute drive away. Port Aransas is a more commercialized, deep sea fishing community and has many restaurants, specialty shops and Riverboat Gambling in the Gulf of Mexico. The National Seashore is only 5 miles away with approximately 70 miles of seashore and sand dunes with unparalleled serenity and beauty.
