Set at the foothills of the Tonto National Forest in a gated community, all of the Villas feature contemporary Territorial-style architecture, with wrought iron and lodge pole accents appropriately reflecting Carefree's western heritage and historical charm. Spanning 1,440 sq. ft., each beautiful one-bedroom Master Villa features an oversized living and dining area with adobe fireplace, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and service for six, luxurious master bedroom and master bath with jetted soaking tub, guest bathroom with walk-in shower,and full laundry/utility rooms. Each Villa offers an expansive patio or balcony with braided wrought iron patio furniture overlooking the pool, golf course, and expansive scenic views of Elephant Butte, Black Mountain and the Continental Mountain Range.
Guests enjoy the Village pool surrounded by natural rock and boulders, rock waterfall and jacuzzi. For the avid golfer attempting to perfect his putt, the Village also features a practice putting green!
