Staying at THE BIG RED HOUSE guarantees that you will awaken to scenic whitewater views of the beautiful Central Coast. At dusk you will have a front-row seat for spectacular sunsets, and at night the soothing sounds of the surf will lull you to sleep. In the morning enjoy our continental breakfast on the patio deck.

Your first choice should be Walter and Elaine Evans’s Big Red House. The airy structure is decorated with impressive art and furniture far more modern than the typical seaside cottage’s. A two-block walk from the beach, it has cul-de-sac seclusion, ocean views, and creature comforts like DVDs and magazines to curl up with. The Evanses are next door, on hand to offer advice should you choose to leave the comforts of their home."
OTHER DIVERSIONS offered are: wine tasting at 100 near by wineries, Hearst Castle tours, antique shops, fine dining, art galleries,
elephant seal viewing, and local live theater.
Additional Rate Information
$175/night for two,$35.00 for each extra person
$75.00 - $95.00 cleaning charge
Two day minimun, four day minimum over holidays
Weekly rental charge is for only six days,two week charge for 11 days.
Monthly rental is 2/3rds of daily rental.
Discounted rates are not available in June, July, August and September.
California Bed tax of 11% applies
