Villa Paraiso Del Mar is located within the gated community of Pedregal. Despite the private oasis feeling you have while staying at the home, it is a quick 5-min taxi ride to downtown Cabo where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, shopping, and the marina. This homes location inside the development is perfect as you will be within walking distance to Pedregal Beach and the community tennis courts.

Inside this luxury villa, the contemporary decor with a Spanish flair offers a warm, comfortable, and welcoming environment. You will find four well-appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have king-size beds while the fourth room has two twin-size beds (can be converted to a King bed). This is open-concept living at its finest as it seamlessly integrates the indoor and outdoor living areas with large glass pocket doors. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful wood finishes and granite countertops. The living room offers multiple different seating options that come with ocean, pool, and mountain views alongside a 65" Smart TV with an Apple TV, satellite, and Sonos sound system throughout. 

The exterior of this home is nothing short of spectacular. You can spend your days swimming in one of the villas two pools: upstairs heated and downstairs unheated. In the evenings, gather your group to relax and unwind in the ocean view hot tub - we'd highly recommend a sunset soak! Guests love to gather around the rooftop fire pit, with enough seating for your whole group.  And for those that need peace and quiet, there is an additional rooftop deck that offers sensational views of the mountains and ocean. Q: What does the butler do? 
A: Butler does what you need him/her to do. Some people like their butler to make drinks, pick-up wet towels, keep the kitchen clean, keep doors closed to maintain A/C, prepare and serve appetizers, call taxis, help with translation and more. Your butler will be available 7 hours per day - you stipulate the schedule. 

Q: How far is it to the beach?
A: This villa is about a 5-minute walk to Pedregal Beach. This is a stunning beach, but unfortunately is not meant for swimming as the waves can get pretty rough.

Q: How far is it to downtown?
A: It is about a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive/taxi-ride from the villa to downtown. 

Q: Is the pool heated? 
A: There are two pools at Villa Paraiso Del Mar. The upstairs pool will be heated during your entire vacation. This pool is located on the main level of the house and has pocket doors that open up directly from the living room. There is a second, larger pool downstairs. That pool is not heated as it remains at a comfortable temperature year round.
