Two-Story Main House
The Main House at Boulder Ridge will "wow" you with unique features. This passive solar home makes a grand impression with antique chandeliers in the entryway that were salvaged from Asheville's historic Battery Park Hotel, a deluxe dog kennel under the stairs, and an exposed boulder surrounding the deck! Cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen and savor a meal with loved ones at the family dinner table. For a little downtime, stretch out on the wrap-around couch and watch your favorite cable TV shows in front of the fireplace, or try your hand at a game of poker at the card table, a game of darts, or indoor shuffleboard! The upper level fills with light from the dramatic wall of windows over the two sitting areas, perfect for reading. Relax in style in the main suite, featuring a king-size bed, a sitting area, and a private balcony with year-round mountain views.

The Cottage
The Cottage is a two-bedroom residence separate from the Main House that offers all of the comforts of home for those who need a little more room to spread out. The Cottage's king main suite has an attached full bath, and the bunk room is a favorite for kids and the young-at-heart.

You're also conveniently only fifteen minutes from shopping, dining, and groceries in the welcoming little town of Brevard, NC. Visiting Asheville for popular attractions such as the Biltmore Estate and River Arts District makes a fun day trip. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Pisgah Forest and is approximately 53 minutes from downtown Asheville (and only 15 minutes from Brevard!).

Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
