Casa Datil - La Ventana/El Sargento Mexican style 2 bedroom 1 bathroom waterfront house located in the small village of El Sargento. The house is on a 1/4 acre lot and is surrounded by mature palms, making it a tropical paradise. El Sargento is 2 miles north of La Ventana, 3 hours north of the San Jose del Cabo airport and 40 minutes east of La Paz. CONTACT "JIM & JUDY" FOR A MEMORABLE VACATION The house was remodeled the summer of 2005 and has all new appliances, fully painted inside and out and a new palapa and patio added. In 2006 we built a 9 foot tall privacy wall around the back side of the property which adds to the secluded feeling and the addition of sound proofing materiel minimizes local sounds for a good night's sleep. A new sea wall was added in 2008. The view is spectacular! The typically gentle winds, smooth waves and small shore-break and the somewhat predictable afternoon thermal winds, makes this area the kiting and windsurfing mecca of Baja.

This traditional Mexican style house is on the water with low bank access and surrounded by mature palms making it a private tropical paradise. The open space adjoining the house has plenty of room to launch kites and windsurfers. It is only 2 miles north of the La Ventana campground. The house is an easy 40 minute drive to La Paz on paved road to shop, go to the theater, carnival or do "big city" stuff. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas. It has a king bed in one bedroom and in the other bedroom, there are two twin-beds. Maid service is available upon request.

Vacation Rental Policies

5 Days Minimum

The rental rates are for a 7 day stay. Additional or fewer days are figured at 1/7th of the applicable weekly rate. 5 day minimum stay is required.
