SWEET REMODEL! This spacious quiet 3 level condo in the historic 'Pick and Gad' Building in Telluride. Central location in town is one or two blocks from ski lift, gondola, town park, river, trails, library and the bars and restaurants of Telluride's main street.  Hiking trails are close by, along with the base of the Gondola in Town.  Have coffee on the deck and then get your adventure going for the day!

Located in the heart of the historic town center, 220 South Pine is an easy stroll to restaurants, main street shopping, hiking trails, Telluride Town Park, and the Telluride library (it is a really cool library). Only a short walk (1.5 blocks), the Telluride/Mountain Village gondola provides direct access to all winter and summer activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, and biking.  As long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
