This home comes with a 2nd family room downstairs with small kitchenette, washer and dryer 2 extra roll away beds for extra guests. This is a very quiet upscale neighborhood 10 minutes to skiing, casinos, golf courses and fine restaurants! You will love this house!
Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card and signed rental agreement before occupancy.
The private beaches in Incline Village, community pools and hot tubs are only open for home owners and full time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.

Lake Tahoe Accommodations was great! Very responsive. We had 2 things happen while we were in Tahoe. #1 A BEAR broke into the garage overnight!! I called the next morning and they sent someone over within an hour to board up the garage for us. We actually had gone out for breakfast not expecting that they'd come so quickly and got back to the house and it was already fixed. #2 We had 2 vehicles and left the beach passes in one car which was in Reno for the day. We requested an additional pass and they helped no problem. Great experience and would definitely rent from them again.

Property description was accurate. Home is in a good area with plenty of space between other homes so you don't feel cramped. The home is large and comfortable with nice decks and outdoor areas. I would stay there again and would recommend the property to others. Lake Tahoe Accommodations customer service was excellent.

The home was a great place for our group trip. We had three families and there was plenty of space. The property was clean and well maintained and properly stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The property provides easy access to Mt. Rose and Diamond Peak for skiers.

I had a 4 day stay at this property and it was great. The location was great, it had great view from every room in the house. Even thought the house need to be updated, but it still a great stay. We will for sure come back next time.

We rented this home for Thanksgiving week. There were 5 couples and one dog. We had a wonderful stay with lots of food, games, fires, hiking, photo taking and family time! The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the home was very clean! Thank you, Tahoe Accommodations for making this such a wonderful holiday! The reservation process and customer service was awesome!

I have nothing but positive things to say about our recent stay in this house. The description of the property was accurate; it was clean and well maintained, with plenty of extra bedding and towels. The appliances (outdoor grill, washer/dryer, stove, etc.) were clean and in good condition. The house was conveniently located near shopping and beaches, but far enough off the main roads for peace and quiet at night. The property had a nice big yard which was great for the dog to run around in (it's not fenced in, though). The only negative part, was the neighbors down the hill had a dog they would leave outside late at night who would bark in the middle of the night....not the fault of the property! We loved the outdoor deck for grilling and eating big family meals at the end of long days on the lake. The big family rooms, one off the dinning room and the one downstairs were perfect for kids to play board games and hang out in. The customer service was EXCELLENT!

It is very nice place to have vacations. Especially, like the spacious living room with fireplace. This is enough room to have a party with my families and friends at the same time. I also love the location in the woods and trees.

We had a family wedding at Incline Village and decided to rent something instead of getting a hotel. The entire family was happy. Not only was there tons of space, but they even had a game room downstairs. Everyone slept great and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
