The beach house is a custom built contemporary luxury home on the sand in Capistrano Beach, California. Boasting over 5000 square feet of luxury, making this home ideal for extended families, reunions, retreats, special events (additional fees apply), or that very special romantic getaway for two.

The home is located in the exclusive gated, security patrolled community of Capistrano Bay, which parallels Pacific Coast Highway (aka Hwy 1) sitting along the beautiful Capistrano Bay between San Clemente and Dana Point--both within walking distance. Beach Road lies on one of the few remaining private beaches in California where each homeowner own's their adjacent beachfront, affording you the privfacy and seclusion not often associated with beachfront properties. Views and privacy abound in this one of a kind Southern California Beachfront community.

Comfortably sleeping 16 in 5 oversize bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom) and an open loft area with a queen sofa bed, there is plenty of room for everyone. In addition there are two half baths, one located on the main level and one accessed from the outside to accommodate the beach goers.

Here you can come relax, walk the beach, watch spectacular sunrises and sunsets and enjoy the beautiful views from almost every room in the house. Open your windows and hear the surf as the ocean air wafts throughout the house!

    Property Activities
    Dana Point Harbor offers sport fishing, jet ski rentals, the Orange County Marine Institute, whale watching (seasonal), tide pools, a ferry to Catalina Island (a full days excursion), numerous restaurants and beautiful vistas. Between Capo Beach and Dana Point is the beautiful Doheny State Park beach that was once known, prior to the harbor being built, for its phenomenal surfing. Now with its smaller waves, it is the perfect place to perfect your surfing skills or grab your boogie board and have some fun! Lifeguards are on duty at the park during the summer months only.

    San Clemente is a quaint seaside town which was once the home of the Western White House (in the Nixon era). It has a magnificent pier anchored by a restaurant that is a great place to relax, have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Or you can simply watch all the surfers and boogie boarders while you enjoy the local scene. Driving or walking down the main street (Del Mar Avenue) takes you back to yesteryear. A little south of San Clemente is San Onofre which is another state park with excellent surfing.

    Laguna Beach is an artist's haven offering numerous summer activities including the Sawdust Festival and the Pageant of the Masters. Laguna also has great scuba diving, snorkeling, numerous art galleries, shopping and plenty of cafes and restaurants.


    San Juan Capistrano, the inland beach city, was made famous by the swallows that come back to San Juan every year in March. They also have the newly restored Mission San Juan, which has an interesting history. The Amtrak stops in town and is where you would go to catch the train if navigating the freeways is more than you want to encounter.

    There are plenty of golf courses (www.playocgolf.com), shopping, numerous beach/ocean activities, Regional, Wilderness and State Parks, walking trails, bike trails and plenty of cafes and restaurants to satisfy everyone.
