This charming Key West style cottage is just a short walk to a selection of great restaurants, art galleries, and shops. Catherine House is located only block from the quieter end of Duval Street, and better yet, just three blocks to a beach (Duval and South Streets). The house can comfortably sleep four and offers a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, and a small pool. There is a washer and dryer located in a shed behind the house. A covered front porch offers a pleasant option for morning coffee or a relaxing evening cocktail. The high ceiling, open style living and dining area has comfortable seating, satellite TV, high speed wireless, a dining table for four and French doors opening to the patio/pool area. The two bedrooms offer adjoining baths, king beds, flat screen TVs, and individually controlled AC. Pleasing tropical interior dcor, enhanced with local artwork, creates an inviting ambiance which makes this delightful cottage a comfortable vacation hideaway in a terrific location for all that Key West offers.Parking: Please note, parking is on-street. There is NO off-street, reserved parking spot for this property. There is free parking along Catherine and Louisa Streets. If you cannot find a space, guests may also park at the Gato Government Building (free) from Mon - Fri after 5pm until 8am, and all day and overnight Saturdays and Sundays. My sister and I took our mother to the keys for the first time. She had a wonderful time! Loved the house so much that we ordered take out most nights!The only suggestion I have would be to have bar soap available. We had every other kind of soap, just no soap for the shower.
