The Bella Vista - 'Beautiful Views' is a spectacular seven bedroom private home located in the prestigious Solamere subdivision of lower Deer Valley, Utah. This 5800 square foot custom vacation home is ideal for your family, friends or business retreat as it offers plenty of room for you and all your guests. The vacation home includes two master suites with king beds, three bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with a full bed and a futon, one bedroom with full/twin bunk bed, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. It comfortably sleeps fourteen to sixteen guests. |

A signed credit card imprint is required upon check for phone charges, key deposit, damages, theft, incidental charges, and cleaning fees.
Cancellations received prior to 45 days of arrival will forfeit $500 of the advanced deposit. Cancellations received within 30 days forfeit the full payment.

Located amidst the mountains surrounding the lower Deer Valley, the Bella Vista vacation home offers a breathtaking view of the natural beauty of Park City, Utah. The house is decorated in rich hues which give a semblance of warmth and serenity; the perfect combination for a vacation with friends or a family get together.
The Living Room
The spacious living room has comfortable furniture and a large entertainment center. There is also a full size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional overnight guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room has attractive ceiling lights and French windows that offer an enticing view of the surroundings.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern appliances and amenities including a dishwasher, oven, freezer, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove top burners, coffee grinder, lobster pot, microwave, grill, toaster and cooking utensils. A bar table with stools is attached to the kitchen, overlooking the dining area. The house also provides for an additional kitchenette.
The Dining Room
The dining room is warm and cozy with an extra large dining table that can seat up to fourteen people. It also boasts of a chandelier that enhances its appeal.
Other Living Rooms
Bella Vista has four common areas for your guests to relax after a hard day of skiing or just enjoying the outdoors. The entertainment room has a pool table, Sony Play Station, TV and an audio system with complete surround sound. There is also a family room adjacent to the kitchen.
Outside Spaces
Lush green yards surround the pastoral idyll and offer great spots for all kiddy games. The house also has a deck wood balcony and a terrace. The porch is equipped with a charcoal/gas BBQ grill and is ideal to enjoy the beautiful views of the setting sun.
Master Suite
The Master Suite offers a king sized bed, private bath and jetted tub. It also has a fire place and a sitting area for your in room morning coffee and viewing the snow covered peaks surrounding the Bella Vista.
Second Master Suite
The second Master Suite offers the comfort of a King Bed and a private bath.
Other Bedrooms
Three of the remaining five bedrooms have a queen sized bed and a full bath. The other two bedrooms offer a double bed, a single bed and a shared full bath. Every bedroom has a Cable TV with VCR or DVD.
