A fully-finished basement serves as an entertainment room. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the woods, listen to the rushing creek in the back; and enjoy a good book and a warming fire (there are 2!). Do as much or as little as you like – but know that it is all here for you.
If grilling is your thing, there is a gas grill out on the back deck. Alternately, you can dine out at one of the many fine local restaurants including the Top Of the World Restaurant just minutes away and in the same community. Saw Creek Estates also offers 4 outdoor pools (seasonal), 2 indoor pools with hot tubs, a fitness center, basketball, tennis, and racket ball courts; shuffle board; a ski hill in the winter; and miscellaneous events throughout the year for adults and children.

Great Home in Great Location! Home features large open floor plan tth fireplace as focal point. Wood floors lead out to deck and screen porch, both overlook stream in greenbelt. Walk out from finished basement to your private hot tub! Home is peacefull and makes you relax as soon as you enter. Ski in Saw Creek or Shawnee near by!
The house is heated by electric heat and propane. The fireplace in the basement is propane and there is wood outside for the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. There is an air conditioner unit in the loft that cools the entire house for those extra hot days. Everything is provided for your stay. All you need to bring is yourself and your comfort things. A washer and dryer are also located on the property. Located about 90 minutes from NYC and 2 hours from Philadelphia.

$600.00 a weeken and $1,200.00 a week
Full lease amount is due 14 days prior to occupancy. In the event of cancellation, the full lease amount will be refunded up to 14 days prior to occupancy. No refunds will be given after this time.However if we find replacement tenants, tenant shall promptly receive a prorated refund based on the days not leased to new tenant (also see security deposit). A serious effort will be made to lease cancelled space. There is often a waiting list.
Security Deposit: A security deposit in the amount of $300 shall be due 30 days in advance. If you are bringing a pet there is an additional $200.00 security depost required. The entire security deposit, or any balance of the deposit remaining after lawful deductions, shall be returned to tenant within 14 days. An itemized account of expenses with amount returned if applicable.
