The living area has a 46" LCD and french doors opening to an ocean view deck with a gas barbeque and deep cushion patio furniture. The two spacious bedrooms offer walk-in closets with a king bed, two full size beds, and two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
This property was remodeled with new windows, doors, hardware, cape cod moldings/baseboard, new window coverings, carpeting, paint, white tile countertops, and stainless appliances along with new furnishings.

We also have waterfront dining on the San Clemente Pier or in the Dana Point Harbor. There are many more upscale restaurants in the vicinity due to the proximity of the nearby Luxury Hotels inclusive of The Ritz Carlton, The St. Regis and The Montage Resort.
Shopping in the area has everything from the Shops at Mission Viejo to South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island. They all offer valet parking and more items than you can possibly imagine.
