Great stay at Pelican Perch. Right across the street from a short path to the beach. Great beach views as there is no beach house blocking the view. House is as described with everything in the kitchen you need to cook and eat with. Only thing you need to bring outside of food maybe some storage containers for left overs. Renting the linens and towels is very convenient and eliminates having to haul them down.Good beds and pillows and plenty of hangers in the closets. House was clean with good and well maintained furniture. Lots of board games in the closet for any rainy days. There are also 2 boogie boards in the downstairs storage room along with a charcoal grill and various beach toys for the smaller ones. There is also some short PVC pipes that can be used to get the beach umbrella in the ground. It has a good outside shower and can get most of 3 vehicles in the covered parking area. We did n=have one bedroom fan that we could not get to work. Reported it to property management maintenance group who sent out a service man to check it out. H could not fix it and said he would report it back to the property management. Within a few hours I received a call from the property owner who apologized for the problem and ordered a new fan and had the problem fixed as quick as they could. one could not ask for a better location other than being on the beach itself. There are lots of restaurants on the beach road and the 158. I would recommend Pelican Perch to anyone looking for a good house as close to the beach (with a beach view) as one can be without being on the beach.

This is our 2nd year staying at Pelican’s Perch, I can not say enough good things about the beach cottage! LOCATION/VIEW beach access, cleanliness, living accommodations. Most importantly the owners of the beach house are caring people and have great respect for their property and the people that rent it!!
We will be returning in 2023
