This house was fantastic for us! We fished right off the dock, which was great for our 7 yr old and 3 yr old grandsons. We were competing....of course, it was a tie.

The layout of the house was perfect, since my husband and I (the grandparents) rented the house, our master bedroom was on the 3rd floor with the large bathroom. Our daughter, son-in- law and three grand children had bedrooms on the main level (middle floor). It just worked out perfectly for them.
Only negative thing was one guard at Colington Harbor Guard house at the entrance was a horribly hateful bully! I accidentally got in the right lane. He SCREAMED at me telling me to circle around and come through the correct lane. I didn't understand. I said, What is the difference? He was more than vivid sounding as he stood, stepped out screaming, BECAUSE IT DOES!!! I did as he said, When I came back, I said please tell me what is the difference, I have never driven through here. My husband did once, you gave us the pass, but you didn't say anything about the lanes. He was a HORRIBLE SMART ALEC, but finally I got out of him, the right lane was for homeowners. If my grandchildren had not been in the car, I would have told him off! As it was, I kept my mouth shut...but the look I gave him should have made him spontaneously combust!!!!

The home was lovely.The view was great.
I would say I tried to get the spider webs off the deck furniture, it was to many.
Would liked to use the decks more, loved the view.
