All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The rec room includes a mini-fridge and wet bar. It also has a pool table, a foosball game, books, movies, and games. The great room features a pub table with two seats, four bar stools, a pantry, and dining room seating for 10 people. Picnic table and deck furnishings. The pool is 12x28 and has a large area surrounding it.
Located on a cul-de sac in the Whalebone Cay Subdivision, milepost 16.2. There is plenty of space in front of the cottage to park a small boat/jet-ski, etc.
Fantastic family venue!" "For our first beach house rental, we chose a rental home with a lot of features. The living and sleeping spaces are spacious and well-planned to accommodate multiple families. The kitchen was open and well-lit, with plenty of high-quality cookware, utensils and dishes. The unadvertised second refrigerator in the pantry was a pleasant surprise for the chefs! The large dining table was perfect for family board games and for entertaining visiting relatives from Ohio. There was enough room for 21 people to dine at the house. The grandkids loved the game room and the large pool. There are several back decks that offer great views of the pool and the ocean. Jennette's Pier is just a short distance away. The pier is open at night for fishing, and our dads made a memorable experience by catching a ice skate. The front deck, off the dining area, was a favorite place to watch a spectacular thunderstorm over the sound. We appreciated the personal touch with the owner both during the rental process and to meet our needs during our stay. "We would rent this house again."
