Ideally located just 1 block from the beach and steps to restaurants, pubs, and shops, this home offers everything you need for the ultimate Anna Maria Island getaway.<br />
While most of our properties rent only from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions can be made. Please reach out to us&nbsp;prior to booking&nbsp;if you would like to arrive or depart on alternate dates, or stay for fewer than 7 nights. We would love to host you!<br />

Booking &amp; Cancellation<br />
20% deposit due at booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival<br />

Extended stays &amp; bookings $25,000+ &rarr; Full payment 90 days prior, non-refundable<br />
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, no questions asked. This grace period does not apply to reservations made within 60 days of arrival &mdash; these bookings are non-refundable from the time of booking.<br />
