Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger&#39;s at Skinny&#39;s, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico.&nbsp;<br />

&nbsp;</span></span></span>NO CANCELATION FEES Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made on or after August 13, 2025) $500 deposit due at time of booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival Cancel 30+ days before arrival &rarr; Full refund (no fees). Cancel within 30 days of arrival &rarr; No refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 30-day deadline. Once paid, it&rsquo;s non-refundable. Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 &rarr; Full payment due 45 days before arrival; once paid, it&rsquo;s non-refundable. Third-party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.<br />
If the Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 30-day cancellation period, or normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay.&nbsp;</p>
