This coastal style property boasts luxurious views from each room and features smart tvs in all the bedrooms as well as the living room and the outdoor pool area. With a bunk-room for the kids and king beds in the other 5 bedrooms there is lots of room for you and your family to spread out and enjoy your island vacation. The custom gourmet kitchen is large enough to cook for the whole family, and the outdoor pool area features a grill and outdoor seating. The kitchen is stocked with pots, utensils, coffee pot, blender and service for 12. With amenities like bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, pool tools and a wagon to put it all in all you need to bring is your suitcase and groceries.&nbsp;Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger&#39;s at Skinny&#39;s, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico.&nbsp;<br />

Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people.&nbsp;Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 (per pet) will be due at the time of booking&nbsp;to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.<br />

Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations.<br />

This home features Silicon Travel. With Silicon Travel&#39;s firewall place in place, you can prevent internet access to any malicious activity in a Vacation rental home. Any guest device (WebCam, Baby Monitor, etc) can be added for a set time and will be removed automatically upon departure.&nbsp;
