&bull; Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 60‑day deadline. Once paid, it&rsquo;s non‑refundable.<br />
&bull; Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 &rarr; Full payment due 90 days before arrival; once paid, it&rsquo;s non‑refundable.<br />
&bull; Third‑party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non‑refundable.<br />
If the guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 60/90‑day cancellation period; otherwise, normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay.<br />
