Property Description
This direct Gulf-front property is sure to be a hit! It has been completely renovated recently. There are spectacular sunsets from the screened-in Lanai porch and the lower level allows direct access to the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico. You can lounge by the Heated Pool with great views of the garden and Gulf, or take the quick walk down to the beach to enjoy its salty breezes and aqua waters.
This property has a modern and tasteful master bedroom with king bed, 2 closets, and a full bathroom. The bright and cheery second bedroom also features a king bed and shares the bath. The third bedroom features twin beds and has private access to the second bathroom.
The fully stocked kitchen opens into the dining room and living room. All of this open living space has views of the beach and the water. You will never tire of watching the sunset from the comfort of your home or more vividly along the shore. The complex has its own tennis courts and is on the Trolley route for free transportation to all Anna Maria has to offer, including the historic village which is filled with interesting shops and restaurants and is the home of the Island Players as well as the Anna Maria Historical Society Museum.

We have been coming to Anna Maria for over 40 years with our family. Gulf Place #3 has an amazing Gulf front view,.only steps to the beach from our lanai. Having the pool so near the beach was great. Our unit was very comfortable for our family with three bedroom and 2 baths. 5 stars 8/19 Overall our stay was amazing... We were literally 50 steps from the water! The view was beautiful (even during a few rain storms). Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys on the deck. Husband would setup our chairs on the beach directly off of our back deck every morning claiming our spot. We didn't even need a cooler! Need a drink? Snack? Walk back to house 4 stars Perfect property 5 Stars This condo definitely gets five stars from us. Wonderful to walk right out to the beach, unit had everything we needed. Easy drive from Tampa airport if you can't get In to Sarasota airport. 7/1/17 Anna Maria Island.5 stars Very clean and well kept. Nicely decorated.
