The kitchen comes fully equipped to take care of meal time while on vacation. There is a dining table and just off the dining area is the living room with a smart TV..

The living room boasts views of the Gulf Beaches and offers extra sleeping with a pull out Murphy full sized bed.

Off the living room is your very private balcony which overlooks the beach and gulf. The sunset view is breathtaking.

When you are ready to venture outside, there is a large pool with deck and chairs right on the Gulf. The property also has tennis courts for use by guests. Off property, enjoy exploring the Island on the free Island Trolley. Shopping, Dining and adventures await just minutes away.

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.

1. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
2. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, this unit cannot exceed 4 occupants. This amount includes adults and children of all ages.
3. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, we are required to tell you the minimum stay requirement for this property is one week.

There is assigned parking for one vehicle and one space for guest (first come/first serve).
