Perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico in the center of Anna Maria Island, Tiffany Place is a small, thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained condo complex that offers guests a beach vacation to remember. All units are nestled around a heated pool, and each features a view of the crystal-blue waters and white sand that have made the Gulf Coast of Florida so famous.
Take the free trolley at the stop just down the street to enjoy live music on Bridge Street or sushi and sunsets at The Beach House. Prefer to drive? Two covered parking spaces are included with this rental.
Sunny and inviting, in beachy décor, the vibes are perfect for a relaxing stay. Sliding glass doors that fill the space with warm natural light, and a view of the Gulf. Enjoy a light breakfast out on the balcony as the waves crash in the distance before heading down to the heated community pool. Relax to your favorite shows or watch a DVD on the extra-large TV, surrounded by comfortable furnishings. The primary bedroom has a king and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

*Please note that this home only allows minimum night stays of 14 nights or longer. This is enforced by the HOA and we cannot make any exceptions.
Additionally, Tiffany Place does not allow smoking anywhere on the complex, including the balconies! If someone in your party is a smoker, they'll have to limit their smoking to the public sidewalks along Gulf Drive or on 71st Street.
While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.
Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! We may, however, be able to give you a partial refund under certain conditions. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.

Our family stayed in this condo for more than 2 weeks. After vacationing on AMI for 20 years, staying at several properties, this was by far our favorite property. The condo was exactly as described. Everything was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. Loved the large balcony with views of the pool and gulf. The unit was so quiet at night. Reservations were easy to make and the staff even put up a pre-lit Christmas tree before our arrival. Don’t hesitate to book your stay. You will not be disappointed! We’ll be back.

I thought the kitchen was very well equipped. Also liked being able to see the Gulf and hear the surf from our lovely balcony. Enjoyed the pool and also being so close to the Gulf. Having access to beach chairs and a beach umbrella was a plus.
