Cruise beneath two scenic humpback bridges and find yourself in Tampa Bay, with endless opportunities to explore the coastline, nearby islands, or dock-and-dine waterfront restaurants.

Just a short two-block stroll brings you to Bayfront Park—perfect for families—while a slightly longer walk leads to the pristine sands of Bean Point at the island’s northern tip.

Inside, the home features stylish, contemporary upgrades throughout. The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with everything you need, complemented by updated bathrooms and a thoughtfully designed split floor plan. Each side of the home offers a private primary suite: one with a king bed and en suite bath (with shared access), and the other with a queen bed and its own private en suite. Both bedrooms include TVs for relaxing evenings in.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for two dogs with a maximum weight of 25 pounds each and a non-refundable pet fee per dog for the first week. There is an additional fee per dog per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
