Escape to your paradise oasis at Pelican Point! This stunning 3 bedroom/3 bath home has everything you need to enjoy an amazing vacation on beautiful Anna Maria Island.

Located right on a canal, you can enjoy the amazing views of the water and pool from your screened-in porch off the living room area. The inviting pool has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the spectacular Florida weather including plenty of seating, a poolside "beach" with sand, next to a shaded lounging area with mounted TV, Fire Pit, and
poolside Bar.
Right on the canal is a dock where you can fish or launch your kayaks. It is located close to open waters and the beaches of Anna Maria are only a few blocks away.

The main living area has plenty of comfortable seating on a large sectional sofa with beautiful coastal decor and a mounted flat-screen TV with bonus space for relaxing and games .Also on the main floor is a full dining room with seating for 8 and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The dining area opens to a spacious kitchen with Stainless steel appliances and loads of cupboard storage space. A full laundry room is conveniently located through the kitchen.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has a walk-out balcony, king bed, TV, and en suite bath. This remodeled bath has a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a full/twin trundle bed and both have TVs. The third full bath is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo.

If you ever decide to venture from your perfect vacation home, Anna Maria Island has lots of great shopping, dining, and activities to tempt you - not to mention the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf! There is even a free trolley that will take you anywhere on the Island.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet-friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.
