"Big Seader " combines both sides of the duplex for twice as much room and amenities. Each unit together offers updated Kitchens with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Rest in comfort with a King bed in two bedrooms, two twin beds in the third and fourth bedrooms.

Just outside the front porch, you may choose to prepare your meals on the gas grill or stroll the path just outside your door, for a meal at one of the many family-owned restaurants on Pine Ave and Gulf Drive.

No worries about traffic on this quiet street that ends at the beach. Play all day in sugar sand and sunshine, close enough to come home for lunch. The outdoor shower just off the kitchen allows for easy clean-up before entering.

"Half a block to the beach. Chairs were provided too. No car is needed at this location. Restaurants and shops within walking and biking distance. We rented both sides of the duplex for our family, which worked perfectly. We will stay here again!

"We stayed here for a week with extended family. The place was perfect for 2 families since it has 2 kitchens. We were a few steps from the beach, so that was awesome. The place was clean and had everything we needed except for a dishwasher.. but we mostly use paper products anyway, so this was not a big deal for us.. It's very practical without alot of bells and whistles but the location and functionality makes up for that in my opinion. We would stay here again, for sure.

"Literally steps to the beach, it's the second house in. Great location, walking distance to Pine Street shopping and eating. Great for multi-generational vacationers! Loved having so much space for the family to spread out. Would definitely consider staying here again!
