Greeted by shell parking and path, walk up to enter through a shared screened-in porch to a newly remodeled haven. With 4 parking spaces, you have plenty of space for golf carts and guests.

"Big Seader " combines both sides of the duplex for twice as much room and amenities. Each unit together offers updated Kitchens with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Rest in comfort with a King bed in two bedrooms, two twin beds in the third and fourth bedrooms.

Just outside the front porch, you may choose to prepare your meals on the gas grill or stroll the path just outside your door, for a meal at one of the many family-owned restaurants on Pine Ave and Gulf Drive.

No worries about traffic on this quiet street that ends at the beach. Play all day in sugar sand and sunshine, close enough to come home for lunch. The outdoor shower just off the kitchen allows for easy clean-up before entering.
