Property Description
All you river lovers….. you gotta see this one. Situated right across the road from one of the prettiest places on New River, just east of Jefferson. This super adorable little cabin has a wrap around porch/deck- partly covered, part open but ALL with a great view of the scenic New River. Our guests are welcomed to use the riverfront lot directly in front of the barn…. Perfect spot to fish, kayak, canoe or just take lawn chairs and relax and enjoy.
Cabin has hardwood floors, cozy living room with tv and Dish Network. The futon style sofa makes a bed as well. There are two bedrooms (1 full size bed in each), and a full bath with shower. The kitchen has been upgraded but still shows the country charm of this older cabin. Bring your river toys, and turn off your cell… You will love relaxing at Cozy Cooper Cabin.
Located in northern Ashe County, the charming towns of Jefferson and West Jefferson are just 25 minutes away. Boone is a little over 45 minutes drive away. This is an ideal getaway for those seeking a quiet retreat!

Nice little cabin, beautiful area. Everything went smoothly. The host was friendly and responsive, and provided a lot of helpful information. The cabin was clean and comfortable as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked. The shower is tiny. I don't see how a moderately large person could get clean in it.

Charming little place. We will be staying there again. I would recommend to any couple or family of 3. Any more people and I think it could get a little close. Love the quietude. The owners were so nice, personally checking to see if we needed anything and leaving us a handwritten note. Those small touches mean a lot.
