Built in 2023, the design emphasizes an open main living area with large windows and a gas fireplace, plus outdoor living on a partially covered wraparound deck. The home is described as south-facing and positioned at 4,500 feet elevation, with long-range views toward Grandfather Mountain and the Banner Elk valley.

The main level connects the great room, kitchen, and dining area, with multiple sliding doors opening to the deck. Cooking and cleanup are supported by a large cooktop, dual ovens, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers, along with a pantry room that includes additional storage and a sink. The outdoor deck includes a gas log fireplace, a TV, and a grill.

Sleeping space is distributed across all three levels. The upper level includes two king suites and a furnished loft. The lower level adds an east-side bunk room with three twin-over-twin bunks, plus two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom. For indoor recreation, the lower level includes a media room with a 75-inch TV and surround sound, a game room with pool table and foosball, and a kitchenette with a wine cooler. A hot tub is located on the lower-level deck.

Winter travel notes specify that 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November through March, and chains may be needed for some properties.

Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. Camera 1 is on right of entry door facing the driveway entrance. Camera 2 is on back cover porch facing onto the road. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.
- Guests returning to Ambience Lodge may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
