This newly built home is the perfect retreat when you need a change of pace. Settle into the mountainside and unwind in this four bedroom, three full bath home. Five small steps lead to the covered entry porch. Enter into the spacious living room with comfortable seating around the gas log fireplace with large TV. An open floor plan leads to the dining area and posh kitchen, ready for any chef. </span><br />

<span style="line-height:normal">The first King Suite is off the living room. It features a large walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bath with a luxurious tiled shower and double granite vanity. </span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:normal">Downstairs are two more bedroom suites, each with a King bed, TV, and private bath. For convenience,&nbsp;there&rsquo;s a half bath nearby as well.<br />

- This home is pet friendly for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. A max of 2 mature, crate-trained dogs are permitted. No other animals are allowed.<br />
<span style="line-height:107%">- Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under &quot;Additional Fees&quot; after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- The main roads are&nbsp;plowed in winter, but&nbsp;4WD&nbsp;or&nbsp;AWD&nbsp;vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.&nbsp;<br />
-&nbsp;All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests,&nbsp;however, there may be an admission fee. Cash bar for food and drinks.&nbsp;<br />

- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.<br />

<strong>CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.</strong></span></span></p>
