- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home, as the homeowners have allergies.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit&nbsp;may be purchased with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.&nbsp;<br />
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.<br />
- All linens and towels provided.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.<br />
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- Returning guests of HeartStone Lodge may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.<br />
- The owners of this home use 3 exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is facing the driveway, one is on the back deck looking out towards the mountain (the grill and part of the deck are within its view) and the third is a trail cam at the edge of the backyard pointing away from the house.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
