- This home is pet friendly for a max of two (2) mature, well-trained dogs each under 40lb. Dog rent is $25/nt per dog. Animals other than dogs are not permitted.&nbsp;<br />
- The owner of this home uses exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. Cameras are not indoors and are not trained on the hot tub, fireplace, or firepit areas outside.&nbsp;<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- 4WD required for winter months.<br />

- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
