The kitchen is a chef&rsquo;s delight, featuring quartz counters, a spacious island with seating for three, and all the essentials for preparing memorable meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table seats six, creating the perfect gathering space for family and friends.<br />

The main-level king suite offers a peaceful retreat with deck access, a TV, and a private ensuite bath featuring a double quartz vanity and a beautifully tiled shower. A convenient half bath and laundry room are also located on this level. Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower and double quartz vanity. One upstairs bedroom offers a king bed and TV, while the other is ideal for children or extra guests, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk, a twin with trundle, and a TV.<br />

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman&rsquo;s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine &amp; Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />

Additional Notes:<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- The main roads are&nbsp;plowed in winter, but&nbsp;4WD&nbsp;or&nbsp;AWD&nbsp;vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.&nbsp;<br />

- All linens and towels provided.<br />
- This property uses exterior cameras to ensure their home remains safe. &nbsp;No cameras monitor the inside of the home, or any common areas outside. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.<br />
<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
