This inviting home features high ceilings, great nature lighting, exposed beams, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, and more!&nbsp; The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen counters, and both Keurig style and drip style coffeemakers.&nbsp; Sit in the great room by the gas fireplace with a warm cup of tea or cocoa.&nbsp; The main level has a large king suite with a TV&nbsp; and ceiling fan.&nbsp; The ensuite (attached) bathroom has both a custom tiled shower and soaking tub.&nbsp; The double twin room is located on the main level also.&nbsp; This bedroom has double twin beds and a large window for excellent natural lighting.&nbsp; The bathroom is located just down the hall and features a tiled tub/shower.&nbsp; Upstairs is a large king suite bedroom with high ceilings, great lighting, and a large day bed.&nbsp; The ensuite (attached) bathroom has a tiled shower and stone counters.&nbsp; The outdoor covered patio has a table and chairs to enjoy your morning breakfast, or an evening beverage.&nbsp; There is an overhead fan to keep you cooler on those warmer summer nights.&nbsp;<br />

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.&nbsp;<br />
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.<br />
- Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.<br />
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.<br />
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.<br />
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.<br />
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.<br />
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.<br />

MODERATE: CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
